Driveline Solutions, part of Axel Johnson International, has announced the acquisition of Flowfit, a UK distributor of hydraulic components and systems serving the off-highway, marine, and industrial sectors.
Flowfit is headquartered in Ludlow, with an additional sales office in Wellingborough, and employs 42 people.
The business has built a strong position in the UK market, offering a broad range of hydraulic products and accessories, supported by technical expertise, a strong customer focus, and a well-developed e-commerce platform.

Flowfit will continue to operate as an independent company within Driveline Solutions. Simon Parsonage, Founder and Managing Director of Flowfit, will remain in his role and retain a minority shareholding.
