The Twin Disc HP800 is a hydraulically actuated, self-adjusting wet clutch PTO designed for heavy-duty applications such as crushers, grinders, dredgers, mulchers, and drills. Each unit features SAE #0 and SAE #1 input housings with SAE 460 (18?) and SAE 355 (14?) input couplings, a standard charge/lube pump, and an advanced control system with J1939 or switch input for smooth remote actuation. Options include dual pump towers with up to four SAE pump pads, speed increase ratios of 0.83:1 or 0.77:1, an integrated oil reservoir, and multiple tower mounting positions. The HP800 delivers reliable torque transmission, high side-load capability, and power ratings up to 800 hp at 1800 rpm.
