The Twin Disc MGX-5170DC is a vertical offset marine transmission with cast-iron housing, electric GP-valve with manual override, EC050 profile module, and integrated oil strainer and filter. Designed for strength and advanced control, it offers flexible options including SAE housings, large flexible couplings, freestanding input flange, EC300 harness interface, mechanical or electronic control valves, oil cooling, and both live and hydraulic clutchable PTOs rated up to 1187 Nm.
