Comprehensive Driveline Solutions

We support customers across every stage of their driveline lifecycle, from technical consultancy and system specification through to the supply and integration of genuine OEM equipment from brands such as Twin Disc, ZF Marine, Transfluid, Quincy, Servogear, Danfoss Drives and Veth. Through our MyDriveTrain lifecycle support products, we provide commissioning, preventative maintenance, including Deckma OWS calibration, service exchange, breakdown response, overhauls, retrofits, and technical diagnostics to keep equipment compliant and in service for longer. Our engineering teams also deliver mobile, on-site, and workshop-based support across the UK and Ireland, covering marine, industrial, and off-highway applications

When Rodney Hill left British Twin Disc to establish MIT, he set out to build a company grounded in expertise, honesty, and a genuine commitment to the people who rely on their equipment every day. What started as a small driveline specialist soon grew into a trusted partner for operators across marine, industrial, and off-highway sectors — supporting everything from North Sea oil vessels to quarry machinery, ferries, construction fleets, and beyond. Over the decades, MIT evolved with its industries, opening new service centres, expanding its capabilities, and welcoming global OEM partnerships that strengthened our technical foundation. Through every chapter, one thing has remained constant: our focus on doing the right thing for our customers.
